Lisa Thornton is the dining workforce program manager for Â鶹ÊÓƵ College Dining Services. She onboards new staff to the Dining Services team and is the ServSafe and FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) trainer for Â鶹ÊÓƵ College students and all Dining Services staff. Lisa graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in business management emphasizing in human resource management. She also received a tourism management certificate. She previously worked in the hospitality and gaming industry for 18 years prior to coming to Â鶹ÊÓƵ College in 2014.
